We stayed at the St. Augustine Municipal Marina. We made sure to come in at slack tide due to the current. It was a rainy day when we arrived and met four other looper boats - Sabot, Adventure Awaits, New Adventure, and Bonita. They invited us to join them across the bridge for dinner so we did.

With rain forecasted the next day, we planned a trip to the World Golf Hall of Fame. We took an Uber out and enjoyed a self-guided tour of the hall of fame. Karen enjoyed the Bob Hope exhibit. Tony enjoyed it as well, along with the exhibits of hall of fame inductees, the history of golf, and the simulated 17th green at TPC at Sawgrass. We watched the IMax movie, Beautiful Earth and then had a drink and golfballs (fried mashed potato balls) at Caddy Shacks. We had trouble getting an Uber ride back to downtown St. Augustine, so Tony approached a couple with a Toledo Mudhens shirts on, Karen and Mark, and got us a ride back! We met the crew of Calypso for dinner at Hurricane Patty's and then met up with Cheri and Brett Dixon from Wilmington. Cheri and Brett were in town on Spring Break. We met for ice cream and then came back to the boat to finish out visit.

The next day, we welcomed Jack and Vickie to St. Augustine. They drove down to spend the day with us from Jacksonville. We toured the Fort Castillo de San Marcos and then walked through the Flagler College campus to the catholic church for a quick tour and then off to the winery and distillery for tours and tastings. We hopped on the hop off hop on bus and road it to Meehans for lunch. We met couples traveling together on vacation from West Virginia and the Chesapeake Bay. We all came back to the boat to do some planning before Jack and Vickie headed back to their own boat in Jacksonville.

The next day, we headed out on the short trip to Palm Cove at Jacksonville Beach where we would join Jack and Vickie on the start of their loop.
