As we left Medina, Sean was a short distance ahead of us. It didn't take us long to catch up to him. We each took pictures of one another and their boats and texted them to each other. We kept in touch with Sean throughout the day regarding the height of bridges and whether he would need them to be lifted for him or not. As we cruised, we had more pop up showers and had only short delays to wait for bridges to be lifted for us. There were no locks on this day. We cut our journey short this day because of a storm rolling into the area. We did not want to be stuck between bridges and not be able to tie up safely to a town wall. So we opted to stop in Brockport and get some laundry done. Once the storm passed, we enjoyed walking through the town, a college town where State University of New York is located. We had a delicious early bird special dinner at the local Italian restaurant. When we returned to our boat, we found Sean tied to the wall behind us! We chatted with him again before heading to bed.
