After 3 weeks off the boat for a trip to Europe with friends, we spent a few days in Croton-on-Hudson provisioning. A few days after being back on the boat, we were feeling sick and decided to take COVID tests that we had on the boat. Tony tested positive, and Karen assumed the same. We telephoned home to our doctor and were prescribed medication. With a full refrigerator and a plan to travel and quarantine aboard while traveling up the Hudson, we were underway again. It was a sunny/rainy day on the Hudson River as we headed north. We had a simple overnight stay at Shady Harbor, did some laundry, and met a few Loopers - Off Leash and Only Fools Rush In. We felt a bit groggy with COVID and a bit rusty having been off the boat for a few weeks, but we decided to continue and safely distance from other boaters by mostly remaining on board our own boat.
