The Rideau Canal continued today with locks, winding waterways, birds, and other boaters, mostly people in kayaks. We stopped at Pirate's Cove to have a Yamaha technician look at the 9.9. He was able to diagnose the problem, share a solution, sell us a part, but not put it on. We'll have that done as we continue on the trip with the next service appointment. We caught up with Tinn at the Merrickville Lock Station, walked around the town, and planned to spend the night. It was a quiet evening on the boat with Tony catching up with friends on the phone and watching some videos on his phone. Karen spent the evening updating the travel blog and writing postcards.
