We crossed Lake Semcoe and went through The Narrows this day. It was a beautiful day across the lake and through narrow canals. It reminded me of the Dismal Swamp which I loved! We saw eagles and their nest, ducks, a loon, and heard many other birds in the trees.

When we arrived at Port Orillia, we found a boat show and festival setting up booths and vendor areas all along the shoreline. We promptly started laundry and then wandered through the festival. We had plans to have an early dinner with Jack and Vickie and David and Nan at Studebakers. We walked for ice cream through the main street with Jack and Vickie after dinner. Before heading back to the boat, we made a pit stop to the liquor store.

The next day, we head back to the main street to find a bakery and a breakfast spot with Jack and Vickie. After a yummy breakfast, we wandered through the farmers market and some shops before stopping at the grocery store. We returned to the boat where I put groceries away while Tony started on the boat washing. We then spent some time relaxing and before heading to Dove for dock tales with David and Nan. We met new loopers from Act II, Len and Renee from the Chicago area. We returned to the boat to listen to the Reds game and update the blog.
