We pulled into Harbour Town Yacht Basin and were greeted by a young female dockhand with a bottle of wine! We promptly got ourselves secured to the dock, rinsed down and set off to explore on bikes. We rented bikes for 24 hours and were able to use them for the rest of the day to explore the bike trails on Hilton Head and the beach, as well as the next morning before we left to play golf. While we had the bikes, we explored bike trails, road to and on the beach, had dinner on the beach at Sea Pines Beach Club, and rode the bikes to the golf course pub nearby, Fraser's Tavern.

The next day, we explored Sea Pines Golf Club House, including the Pete Dye room. Then we were off to Bear Creek Golf Course to play 18 holes. We got the whole round in before it started to rain. When we returned to the boat, we found the marina pretty well deserted due to a tornado warning and forecast of a storm. We collected our route planning materials and headed for the Sea Pines Club House at the golf course. We had a drink and sat in the lobby planning until the storm blew over.

The next morning we headed to Beaufort!
